WHERE IN THE WORLD DO WE POST TO?

At present Alida Whiteoak ships to Australia and many international countries.

HOW DOES SHIPPING GO DOWN?

Apart from weekends, we will post you your item within 48 hours of receiving payment. Alida Whiteoak operates from Monday to Friday. If your purchase happens to fall on a Friday afternoon, we will process it and post it to you on the next business day.

We only use Australia Post to send out orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping generally takes between 2-8 working days, depending on your location.

If you’re crushing on an item and want it a little sooner than that, we can also send your parcel using Express Post.

If you are located outside of Australia, given that your item is coming from across quite a bit of ocean, you may have to be patient. Generally you should get your product within 21 days.

TRACKING
