REFUND POLICY

Here at Alida Whiteoak, our main aim is to provide our customers with products that they will be super stoked with. That said, unfortunately we do NOT give refunds if you happen to have a change of mind when your item arrives.

There are those days when we too suffer from a lack of focus. This could result in you receiving a product that is slightly different to what you ordered- wrong book or product. There is also the slight chance that your item may arrive faulty or damaged. In those situations, Alida Whiteoak is more than happy to replace the item. You will have to cover the postage costs to send it back to us for inspection. If your item passes inspection- meaning it must differ from what you were promised when ordering- we will then refund you for the return shipping costs, and will send you out a replacement.

Original shipping costs at purchase are non-refundable.

Please get in touch via email – info@alidawhiteoak.com – within 7 days of receiving your item. You will then need to return the item to the address provided by us for inspection within 21 days. If we find that the item is indeed damaged or a little faulty, as we mentioned, we will cover your postage costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We reserve the right to make a judgement on the issue and a replacement may be refused.

The amount of time it takes for you to receive your replacement order will be dependent on stock. There could be delays in you receiving your goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are in fact damaged or defective, or if we have accidentally sent you the wrong item.
